2017, Buea, Cameroon - Fakoship Bulu Affordable Housing Project - Ongoing

Our biggest design and business consultancy project in Cameroon. A third for this client; 24 identical three floor modern residential buildings, each with six 2-3 bedroom apartments, in a modern landscaped and secured private estate, with all amenities to ensure a sustainable and affordable and fashionable lifestyle to its surrounding population.

The client provided a modern architectural plan which we modernized to enable the project's recommended sustainable aspects. Thus, commissioning a General Electric sustainable waste water and sewage management system.

Then, we completed all pre project negotiations, rolled up our sleeves, held the client’s hand and set out to cover all project blind spots and deliver this sustainable village in 24 months.
